AI Impact: impressions stable or rising, clicks collapsing. Possible AI Overview cannibalization.

Free decay audit, in your inbox in 5 minutes

Connect Search Console (read-only). The engine pulls your top URLs, separates real decay from seasonal noise, and emails you the five pages worth updating first. No card. No catch.

The problem

Content decay is silent and expensive

Sites with 100+ pages lose traffic constantly. The problem isn't detecting it. It's that nobody tells you when it's happening.

You have to remember to check

Your decay monitoring system is a calendar reminder that says 'check GSC'. Some weeks you do it. Most weeks you don't. By the time you notice, the damage is done.

The workflow is a spreadsheet nightmare

Export GSC. Paste into Excel. Sort. Filter. Lose context. Repeat every week. You know you should do it. You just never have time.

You can't tell if it's real or seasonal

Every winter the same pages dip. You update them anyway and waste days on content that would've recovered by itself. Meanwhile the pages actually dying go unnoticed.

AI Overviews are making it worse

Now pages lose clicks even when rankings hold. Impressions stay up, CTR collapses. That's a different kind of decay, and most tools can't tell the difference. DecayRadar labels it separately so you know what you're actually dealing with.

How it works

Set it once. Get alerts forever.

Connect your GSC in 5 minutes. Then forget about it. Your weekly digest will tell you exactly what to fix.

01

Connect Google Search Console

One-click OAuth. Select your property. Done in under a minute.

02

DecayRadar analyzes your full content portfolio

It pulls up to 16 months of clicks, impressions, CTR and position. Connect GA4 (Pro) to score each page by real revenue impact. The decay analysis runs automatically. No setup needed.

03

Every page gets labeled

Real decay, seasonal dip, AI Impact, or stable. No false alarms. No manual filtering.

04

You get alerted. Every week. Automatically.

Friday morning: your inbox gets the 5 most urgent pages. You open it, decide what to fix, close it. That's it. No dashboards to babysit.

What you get

Built around revenue, not noise.

Five capabilities most decay tools miss. All included.

The moat

Revenue at risk per page

Every decaying URL gets a euro figure. Sites are classified as ad-supported, lead-gen, or marketplace, and impact is scored accordingly. Publishers see € lost. B2B sees high-intent clicks lost. No mixing.

NEW

AI Impact detection

Impressions hold but clicks collapse? AI Overview is eating the SERP. That deserves a different label than real decay — and a different fix.

Weekly digest, Friday morning

The 5 pages that matter this week. Open, decide, close. No dashboard to babysit.

Year-over-year baseline

DecayRadar compares against the same period last year, not just last month. Seasonal drops stop triggering false alarms. Real drops stop hiding in the noise.

Built for portfolios

3 sites on Starter, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Agency. One inbox. One digest per site, or merged. Whatever fits your stack.

The key difference

Other tools cry wolf. DecayRadar doesn't.

Every tool alerts you when traffic drops. None tell you if that drop is a real problem, a seasonal dip, or an AI Overview eating your clicks.

Without year-over-year
  • "Blog/winter-holidays dropped 40%. Alert triggered!"
  • You spend 3 hours rewriting a post that drops every December.
  • Traffic recovers in January by itself. Hours wasted.
  • Meanwhile the page actually dying goes unnoticed.
With DecayRadar YoY analysis
  • +"Blog/winter-holidays: same as last year. Seasonal, skip."
  • +"Best-crm-software: down 35%, not seasonal. Real decay, act now."
  • +"AI-tools-for-marketing: impressions up, clicks down. AI Impact, investigate."
  • +Your weekly digest only surfaces what actually needs attention.

DecayRadar compares current traffic vs. the same period last year, not just month over month. Included in every plan.

FAQ

Common questions

Is DecayRadar ready to use?
The free decay audit is live today. Anyone can connect Search Console at /free-audit and get a one-page report in about 5 minutes. The recurring weekly digest with year-over-year seasonality filtering is in private beta with founding members and opens to everyone in the coming weeks.
What does the free decay audit include?
One report by email. It compares the last 6 months of your Search Console data against the prior 6 months, ranks the 5 pages losing the most clicks, and gives the likely cause for each one: algorithm update, AI Overview suspected, intent shift, or CTR drop. Takes about 5 minutes from clicking the button to the email landing in your inbox.
What does the free audit need from my Google account?
Read-only access to Search Console performance data. DecayRadar never writes to your account, never touches your site, and never reads anything outside Search Console. The grant is the standard Google OAuth consent screen — you can revoke it any time from your Google account settings.
One audit per Google account — really?
Yes. The free audit is a single report per account, not a recurring service. If you want a fresh report every week with year-over-year seasonality filtering and the rest of the engine, the founding plan at $29/mo locked for life is the right path.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
You get occasional email updates on what is being built. When the recurring weekly product opens publicly, you get early access and the early-bird price. If you would rather not wait, the free audit at /free-audit is available now without a signup.
How is this different from SEOTesting or SEO Gets?
Both flag decay. Neither compares against the same period last year, so you end up chasing false positives every winter. DecayRadar does year-over-year comparison by default, and also flags pages where impressions stay stable but CTR drops, which usually means an AI Overview is eating clicks.
How is this different from Animalz Revive?
Revive tells you there is decay. DecayRadar tells you what it is costing you. Revive flags pages that lost organic sessions but stops there. DecayRadar adds year-over-year filtering so you do not chase seasonal false positives, flags AI Impact pages where impressions stay up but clicks collapse, and ranks everything by real revenue impact via GA4 so you always know which page to fix first.

I run a portfolio of niche content sites on the side, after 12+ years as a Product Manager & Senior Software Engineer in software and internet products. Content decay was a recurring problem across all of them, so I built DecayRadar.
